Customer emails and automation

The right message, sent automatically.

Email is still the most reliable way to bring a customer back. We write and design the emails, then set up the automation so the right one goes out at the right moment: when someone subscribes, when they leave a cart behind, and after they buy.

What we set up

The flows below do most of the work for an online business, and each is written for your customers in your voice, not filled from a template.

  • Welcome series for new subscribers
  • Abandoned cart and abandoned browse reminders
  • Post-purchase follow-ups, care instructions and review requests
  • Win-back emails for customers who have gone quiet
  • Regular campaigns and a simple, phone-friendly design you can reuse

Klaviyo, or the tool you already have

We work in Klaviyo most often because it connects cleanly to online stores and gives clear reporting. If you already use another platform, we will usually work in that rather than make you move. Either way, the account is yours and the list stays yours.

Set up properly, so emails arrive

Good emails are wasted if they land in spam. We set up the sending domain records that mail providers check, keep the list clean, and make sure every email has a clear reason to exist and an easy way to unsubscribe, as Australian spam law requires.

Common questions

Do you write the emails or just set up the software?
Both. We write the copy, design the layout so it reads well on a phone, and build the automation that sends it. You review everything before it goes live.
Do I need an online store for this to be useful?
No. Any business that collects email addresses can use a welcome series, follow-ups and regular updates. Online stores get the most from cart reminders, but service businesses benefit too.
Is this compliant with Australian spam rules?
We set every flow up with consent, sender identification and a working unsubscribe link, which is what the Spam Act requires. We will also tell you plainly if a list you have was not collected in a way you can email.

What are you
thinking?

An idea, a question, or “I’m not sure where to start.” That’s all we need. A person reads every message and replies in plain English.
