What we do with your information.
AENETWORKS is a web development studio based in Queensland, Australia. This page explains, in plain English, what personal information this website collects and what happens to it. Last updated 19 September 2026.
What we collect
The only place this website collects personal information is the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address and your message, and optionally your business name, what you need and a budget range. We collect it so we can reply to you about your project.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as the address and time of a request) for a short period to keep the site running and secure.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, your message is delivered to our business email at admin@aenetworks.com.au. To do that it passes through two services we use:
- Resend, which sends the email on our behalf.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our mailbox.
The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it to reply and to carry out any work you ask for. If you would like it deleted, email admin@aenetworks.com.au and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@aenetworks.com.au and a person will reply. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this page
If we add a new service to this website that collects information, such as a newsletter or analytics, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
